In response to the United States Department of Justice shutting down the popular MEGAUPLOAD website, hacktivist group Anonymous has shut down the Department of Justice website.

I think Anonymous won the hearts of millions today.

I have a consistent eye turned sideways toward Anonymous, but this is really awesome. Don’t mess with the Internet, folks. I want that on a belt buckle.

Teenage Mysticism is coming into town and playing a show at The Bug Jar With N. Moore & The Helping Hands and Kurt Andrew. These folks are a part of The Epiphysis Foundation (sites.google.com/site/epiphysisfoundation), Brendon Massei’s (i.e. Viking Moses!!!!) collective label.

Teenage Mysticism is beautiful, well-crafted indie-pop, with a nod to Paul Simon, The Elephant 6 Collective, and The Beach Boys. Really catchy stuff! Don’t miss this little gem.
